Named after a nearby townland, and meaning Creen's Forest in Irish, this is our Alpine style cheese. It is semi hard with a nutty taste. |

Named after our Parish and using the local team colours, this cheese is made from cows milk, washed in a local Derry craft beer, No. 26, and then aged for three months to give it the strength it deserves. |

TIRKEERAN
The ancient barony of Tirkeeran, meaning dark place in Irish, stretched from the western Sperrins to the shores of Lough Foyle. Our cheese is left in the dark for at least 7 months to become our oldest and most naturally matured. |
